ENTERPRISES are TRAINING PLACE shared with SCHOOLS.
ALTERNATION AIMS :
A real partnership to define the contents, the methodology and the place for acquisitions of knowledge, know-how and know of behaviours (savoir, savoir faire, savoir être).
It is usual but not compulsory to have :
Acquisitions of knowledge mainly in academic place
Acquisitions of knowledge mainly on enterprise place
Acquisitions of know of behaviours is shared.

TO PRACTISE A METHODOLOGY WHICH OBLIGES TO THINK NEW TRAININGS, NEW BEHAVIOURS and NEW SPECIALITIES (NEW JOBS):
To share pedagogic responsabilities.
To include news criteria for obtaining academic degree
To improve new pegagogic tools : deductive training, new technology…
To have a quality move, supplier – customer.

What are meanings of vocational training for universities ?
To leave a logic of supply and to have a logic of demand : usually, the building of a training (diploma) follows a logic of supply, the degree is built for transmitting knowledge. With a logic of demand, the building of training follows demands and needs of employers.
The training are national degree and also various certifications.
TO HAVE A VOCATIONAL POLICY FURTHERS :
The development of continued training.
The participation to a human ressources policy.
A good approach of the european policy in important key areas :
employment and « learning all the life »..
